Clicx makes it easy for employees to reserve logistics assets – from pallet trucks and forklifts to transport crates – through one central and user-friendly system. Assign equipment to specific users or schedule it for deliveries or relocations. With a clear availability calendar and an intuitive mobile app, you effortlessly stay in control. You avoid double bookings, plan more efficiently, and make optimal use of your logistics resources. Additionally, you can easily track the full usage history for maximum transparency and control.
Locations
In Clicx, you can effortlessly track the location of machines, glass racks, containers, and other mobile equipment – in real time and fully aligned with your operational workflows. Each item can be assigned a unique QR or NFC code, allowing users to easily register actions such as pickup, delivery, or maintenance via the Clicx Mobile app. When scanned, the current location is instantly displayed – even without an active tracker. For containers and other valuable assets with autonomous active tags, you’ll receive automatic alerts in case of unauthorized movement, such as when an item is relocated without the involvement of your own vehicles.
Orders
Order new equipment, parts, or consumables directly through the Clicx platform and seamlessly track every order. With smart ordering features and real-time status updates, you automate the entire procurement process – from request to delivery. (Inter)actions
With Clicx, employees can quickly and easily report issues with logistics equipment using QR codes on the specific item. Is the equipment ready for pickup or repair? That too is communicated directly through the platform. Additionally, inspection reports can be easily linked to each item, ensuring that all relevant information is centrally available.
